The Christian Dior retail interiors concept truly envelops the visitors in a feeling of luxury and exclusivity with its décor of white surfaces, glass and marble floors.

As a finishing touch to the ambience, Dior turned to Kasthall in 2008 to produce an elegant floor surface that complements the rest of the interiors, yet is hard–wearing enough to cope with the number of visitors that come through the boutiques.

The result is this custom–made, hand tufted rug, which combines a cut pile in pure wool with a bouclé stripe of linen and lurex, adding a light sparkle of understated luxury to the surface.
