Kasthall has an impressive historical archive dating back to the early 1950s, containing samples and sketches created by well-known designers. The archive is a continual source of inspiration and knowledge for Kasthall Design Studio and now they have picked up a design to honor, Ingrid Dessau, one of Kasthall's most pioneering designers.
– I find it inspiring and educational to review the work that has been done in the past. While going through our archive, I stumbled upon the stunning Karusell design by Ingrid Dessau. I felt excited to revive this design in honor of the legendary designer's anniversary. It's a tribute to her legacy and a way to showcase her timeless style, says Ellinor Eliasson, designer at Kasthall Design Studio.
