Our crafting principles have remained the same since the company's inception – creating original rugs that are beautiful, durable, and a pleasure to walk on. And they are still produced in Kinna, Sweden, just like they have been for more than 130 years.

Each woven rug from Kasthall is one of a kind and tailor-made. Using only the finest natural materials, we combine superior craftsmanship with exceptional design understanding to create handcrafted rugs of the highest quality. 

KASTHALL DESIGN STUDIO has during 2022 relaunched several of the Kasthall classic patterns, now in colors inspired by the Swedish palette and nature itself. The patterns you find below are checkerboard, sugar cube, wide stripe, stripe and post.

THE BROCHURE RUG. Gunilla Lagerheim Ullberg’s classic rug from the 1990s is back in our standard collection. Originally made as part of the Häggåpattern family, the rug was developed to inspire. Highlighting how typical Kasthall patterns and colors can be combined, the design showcased how you can add a personal and unique touch creating your own rug.
